From Vision to Image: a visual storytelling workshop at Verde Di Calabria
A new event dedicated to creativity and personal exploration is coming to Verde Di Calabria Superior BBF, ready to host an immersive experience in the world of visual publishing.
On February 21, 2026, “From Vision to Image” takes shape — an introductory workshop in visual publishing led by Teresa Maria Zinnà (@teresamaria.z), designed for anyone who wants to explore editorial language and storytelling through images.
A journey between imagination and visual construction
Visual publishing goes far beyond a simple sequence of images: it is a creative process that transforms intuitions, emotions, and visions into structured narratives. Photographic editorials, moodboards, and visual projects become tools to communicate identity, atmosphere, and meaning.
During the workshop, participants will be guided through a process that starts with the development of a concept and leads to its visual translation. From research and references to the creation of a coherent moodboard, each step will be explored through practical examples and moments of discussion.
An opportunity to discover editorial languages
Through visual references and shared analysis, the workshop will offer an overview of the main languages of contemporary editorial practice. Participants will explore the differences between editorial photography and fashion photography, along with insights into the world of independent magazines and submissions.
